WHAT IS YOUR CURRENT POSITION? PLEASE INCLUDE HOW LONG YOU'VE BEEN IN THE POSITION AND AN OVERVIEW OF WHAT DO.

I am currently a senior attending Lakeland High School. I have multiple part-time jobs including working with my brother helping his businesses (Roberts Brothers Sealcoating & Roberts Lawn Services). I also work at the Scott Greens Golf Course doing general maintenance and customer service.

WHAT WOULD YOU SAY MOST MOTIVATES YOU TO DO THE WORK YOU DO? WHAT ARE YOU MOST PASSIONATE ABOUT?

The opportunities I am given due to my parents hard work motivates me the most. Due to my parents working relentlessly I have been given many opportunities not many other people have. Being in this position I strive to take advantage of every opportunity I have. I am currently most passionate about football because of the brotherhood is builds and hard work it teaches.

TELL US A LITTLE ABOUT YOUR BACKGROUND—WHERE YOU GREW UP, YOUR PATH AFTER HIGH SCHOOL (COLLEGE, TRADE SCHOOL, OR MILITARY), AND WHAT LED YOU TO PURSUE YOUR CAREER IN NEPA.

I was born and raised in Scott Township Pennsylvania. Growing up I have always gravitated towards sports and physical activity. I hope to utilize my strong work ethic to build a career in construction management.

WERE THERE ANY MENTORS OR INFLUENTIAL PEOPLE WHO SHAPED WHO YOU ARE TODAY? IF SO, HOW DID THEY IMPACT YOU?

My brother Ethan Roberts has been the most influential person in my life. Although he tends to be hard on me, it’s only out of love. He has helped me navigate life and not make the same mistakes he did.

HOW DID YOU FIRST GET INVOLVED WITH LEADERSHIP LACKAWANNA, WHAT WAS YOUR EXPERIENCE LIKE, AND HOW HAVE YOU STAYED CONNECTED SINCE GRADUATION?

My experience with Leadership Lackawanna was with the Tomorrow’s Leaders Today (TLT) program. This experience was awesome and connected me with so many people while also teaching me valuable leadership skills. I have stayed connected by keeping in touch with my classmates and bringing my friends to places in NEPA that we learned about in class.
